to123 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following locally supported payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Deposits and withdrawals to international cards (Visa, Mastercard) or overseas bank accounts are not supported at this time.
Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to your to123 Account within one (1) to five (5) minutes of payment confirmation. Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute with your bank or e-wallet provider in relation to any to123 deposit is considered fraudulent activity and will result in immediate Account suspension and referral to relevant authorities. All associated balances and pending withdrawals will be frozen pending investigation.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by to123 are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between those specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Bonus Funds and associated winnings will expire and be forfeited if wagering requirements are not completed within the validity period.
